We have been working hard to find Valencia Property for a few clients who are not yet in Spain but will be this weekend. They have done exactly what we asked them to do: contacted us with their requirements, sent us a wishlist of what they are looking for and the price range and even sent us things that interest them from other websites and portals so we can give our opinions and more information about them.
For a couple of the clients they have very similar requirements and we have come up with a shortlist for their visits and we uploaded three of the properties to the site yesterday afternoon for them along with another we put on the site a few days ago.
The main question they had was which one would you buy because they are all good? So let’s compare and contrast should we? And maybe you can help, what would your choice be?
Valencia Property #1
This is a property situated in En Corts just off Ruzafa. You would pay an extra 50k or so if this were in Ruzafa so consider this a bargain. It has been totally renovated to a good standard so you can just walk straight in. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room diner. with incorporated kitchen. Family life would be good here. Take a look at the link here. Just 117k for this. A very good deal.
Valencia Property #2
This property in Nou Moles is similarly priced at 116k. It also has similar features of open plan living room with kitchen, three bedrooms but one bathroom. It is situated a stone’s throw from the riverbed park and near to the Parque de Cabecera and Bioparc. Again nicely renovated and ready to move in. Take a look at this one here.
Valencia Property #3
This superb apartment in La Zaidia stands a two minute walk from the riverbed and just five minutes from the Carmen. A slightly higher price at 140k but with a garage space included (Value of around 20k in this area) and it is very large with 120m2 in total and four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Valencia Property #4
We put this on the site a few days ago and it is getting some serious interest. Again totally ready to go without any work required and with most of the furniture negotiable this is by the beach and marina in the Cabanyal area of Valencia. Just two bedrooms in this case but with two bathrooms, large kitchen and good sized living room it’s quite a steal at 130k. Take a look at this Valencia Property here.
