Always amazing how much more you get for your euro if you are willing to come that little bit further from Valencia. This is Chera, between Requena and Chulilla, and it really is no hardship coming out here. Very popular with day-trippers from the city, the landscape here is beautiful. Rivers and swimming spots and mountains.

This house is fantastic. It is an hour from Valencia, if it was half that distance you would be looking at paying 50% more for a property like this.

A garage/basement area with room for a couple of cars and loads of storage. Access to the living area via a cute breakfast terrace. There is a spacious living room focussed around a very cozy wood-burning fireplace and it gets lots of light thanks to its south orientation, separate laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen with room for a table. On this same floor, there is a large backyard with a brick barbecue.

On the second floor are three bedrooms, and there is a huge modern bathroom with a large bathtub which will make the whole family very comfortable.

And finally, a totally open loft, a space for you to create whatever, a game room, a gym, a yoga area. There is space for everyone in this house, for visitors and family, and its on the edge of the village, with a few bars and restaurants, a swimming pool and sports complex. This is a really comfortable property.
