Very often when a client describes the type of house they would like, straight away we can tell them which areas of Valencia or the surrounding area they will find it. You won’t get a house with a garden in the city centre for example. And one of the most common requests from people new to Valencia and maybe unfamiliar with it, is to ask for a house with a sea view. Valencia is beside the Mediterranean; how hard can that be? Very hard as it turns out. The land is flat inland all the way to the mountains, and to the south (natural park) and north (horticultural farmland) development and construction is extremely limited. So where do you find a house with a sea view?

Well, you could go to the mountains and bring your binoculars, or the other option is here, in Cullera, which unusually for Valencia, is built on a tall hill beside the sea. Its only 30 minutes from Valencia city and airport, excellent public transport connections, and is a large town with all the services and facilities you would expect.
