No there’s nothing wrong at all with this one actually, quite the opposite in fact but sometimes the better properties are hard to write, no chance for a pithy observation or sarcastic comment about the dubious layout and kitsch furniture, there are many descriptions on the site designed to entertain and grab your attention but no cheap thrills today im afraid.

This brilliant villa has been really well put together and lovingly looked after by the current owners and will really suit the type of client who wants a good sized house on a low maintenance plot, add to this its ideal location just a short walk to the lovely town of L’Eliana and we really have a contender as one of the best we have seen for quite a while.

Loads of bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, large kitchen, terraces, balconies, great pool, nicely kept garden, barbecue area, laundry and utility rooms, all in all a really nice house in a peaceful location, perfect for a family.
