Anyway, I’ll get to the point, the owners here have been quite clever and decided to build this property on one side of the land available, there is 2 separate deeds for these Urban plots, the houses plot is 766M2 and the other bit is 806M2 but it can easily be sectioned off into two again, so buy it, live in one, make one for your family next door, or keep the new one for yourself and let them use the old one, or sell the old one, or rent it out, or have a massive garden, or sell the plot to some people that you like, who says you can’t choose your neighbours?
