I recently wrote an article about the Paradox of Choice, you can see it at the link. In it we talked about there being less choice in the market but that is not necessarily a bad thing. We talked about positive constraints and knowing what you want when you are buying property or, to put it bluntly, anything really. When you are sure about what your requirements are then it is a lot easier to find what you are looking for. However, this is a follow up, this is a warning and it’s important when looking for property or anything, sometimes perfect is your enemy because perfect doesn’t exist, sometimes good enough is great!
After writing a few days ago about lockdown properties in Valencia for all price ranges and starting with the 50-300k brackets, today we are looking at your options for lockdown properties at higher price ranges. We are going to start just under the 300k threshold as an owner has just sent us some lovely new photos of his place in Serra and then we will move onto higher price ranges and show you what your money can buy for you both inside and outside the city.
The further you get away from Valencia the less likely it is that you will travel into work from your home. That’s true most anywhere but traditionally it’s especially true in Valencia where people preferred to be as close to their place of work as possible to avoid the need for having a car in the city.
But now things are changing…
The clocks have gone back and while much of Northern Europe looks bleakly at dark early evenings, cold weather and four to five months of greyness, Valencia continues to revel in warm autumnal days with plenty of light until late and a less depressed atmosphere. If you are looking to buy a Valencia Property then you can enjoy this light from one of our properties, see below.
One of the things we are often asked is “how long will it take me to get into Valencia from this house we are interested in?” The answer is invariably half an hour give or take five minutes. To demonstrate this I decided to take the information from Google mapsContinue reading
Surprisingly Valencia has cooled down in the week since I got back from a wet, grey, cloudy and rather depressing Brexit obsessed UK. It’s around 28 degrees every day rather than the 30+ degrees that was common in July. The Mediterranean is warm and welcoming, the beach bars are ratherContinue reading
Today I got three phone calls dropping the price on already well priced properties in Valencia and I took pictures of an absolutely lovely well positioned place in Olocau although it was a grey day so the pictures are less bright than they normally would be.
I thought it was time therefore to let you know more about these great bargains so you can see the value for money now available on some property in Valencia.
This has been an enormously busy week. Lots of clients coming into the region looking for property and many new properties up for sale and rent. So here are a few of the new properties on the site and the links back to them to see all of the photos.
Firstly another property in La Pobla De Vallbona with the huge advantage of living a few doors away from me ;-).
I guess I shouldn’t be celebrating of course as without clients it is difficult to make sales but this week is no looking too busy for a change. Therefore if you are thinking of coming to see some property in Valencia I can fit you in most days this week. Here is just a quick selection of some things that have become available in the last couple of weeks at decent prices.
