Each to their own and every person looking to buy property in Valencia has different criteria. Nevertheless I am often asked which property I would buy and why? The answer to that question is not an easy one as each and every person is different in their requirements, likes and whims. Therefore I have put a few examples of great value properties for different types of buyers in this post with links to the properties themselves.
This week I have been searching out different properties from banks and also talking to some owners of houses already on the Valencia Property site. An owner of a house in Villamarchante has told us that they will consider any offers on the property below. The original price of this property was 285000 Euros back in the day. It is a nicely put together house in Villamarchante with four bedrooms, two reception rooms, open plan kitchen and two large terraces, one covered and one open on a 720m2 plot. There is a pool and storeroom as well as an outside kitchen and all just a couple of kilometres outside the town of Villamarchante.
This morning I am taking a client to see some property in Valencia. I got an email and call yesterday and have managed to arrange to see five places this morning, not as easy as it sounds in August believe me. So my question for today is which of the following would you choose to buy if you were in the market for Valencia Property?
