There are many types of terraces you can find in Valencia city apartments. Firstly, we have to distinguish the type of terrace. There are many. There are the first floor, mostly interior, terraces to the rear of the buildings, there are interior terraces in the middle of a building which are mostly lightwells but a bit bigger, there are terraces overlooking the street in intermediate floors and there are penthouses with their own terrace or with exclusive access to a terrace and finally there are common roof terraces. Let’s have a look at each one in turn.
Because of the overwhelming demand for outside space in the city, attic flats in Valencia are becoming much more highly valued and also incidentally are totally holding their price as there are so few available. Therefore I thought that today I would simply embed a couple of videos of flats that are available. They are not traditional attic flats though as neither has its own outside space… yet.
The comparison is Hen’s teeth. Finding an attic in Valencia with good outside space, not overlooked, with great views and the opportunity to create extra living space for at least six months of the year comes up rarely. Luckily I have a lot of clients who are looking for this and therefore I go out and find them for people. This means that when you come to look for an attic in Valencia I usually have some available. However, what about the headline. How does an attic sell in four hours?
