The old adage of you get more your money when you look further out is certainly true here, this enormous apartment is incredible value when you look at price per M2 and its also nice and high up on the 6th floor in a good building on one of the nicest avenues in Torrente, take a short walk to the station and its just 15 minutes from Valencia on the excellent Metro transport system.

Definitely worth a closer look and i would suggest it is Valencias version of Milton Keynes, in a nice way, a good sized and well serviced town, an easy commute to the city, decent value properties and no huge chain stores. Local shops for local people, but there IS something for you here.
