Perfectly located for all that Cabanyal has to offer, right opposite the wonderful food market and a myriad of independent traders, whilst maybe not as fancy as Mercat Central here you find “Local shops for local people” and even better, local prices. Just a short walk to the beach and also very well connected to the rest of the city, with trains, trams, metro, buses and obviously as many bike lanes as you could wish for. So i think we can all agree on a superb location, now on to the property…..

This duplex apartment is currently a 2nd and 3rd floor of someones home, due to medical issues the multiple levels are no longer an option and they are downsizing to just the lower unit, as you can see from the photos there are stairs between floors 1 and 2 that need to be removed and the original entry door behind a large wardrobe restored to its former glory, of being entered, oooer.
The upper level part is also on a separate deed so theres a lot of horizontal division and legal jiggery pokery going on but thats what lawyers are for, and fortunately for you, we can recommend the best.

Living-dining room with balcony, double bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, single bedroom and bathroom, the top floor is currently an open plan attic space and the covered terrace can also be rescued, and it's all in very good condition, but theres just one more thing......theres no kitchen at the moment…… we also have people for that.

So lots of moving parts here and one for the brave and the bold, but a great project for the right person and it’s no fun if it’s easy…..
