Last weekend, while that pesky trickster Yevgeny Prigozhin was trying to make his way to heart of Russia, the Valencia Property Mercenary Group did manage to make it all the way to the heart of Russafa. Marching past craft beer bars and fine restaurants as if they weren’t there, what could possibly have been the motivation for our single-minded mobilisation?
It was the once in a summer chance to see this excellent apartment. It has been rented out solidly for the previous few months, and again until September so this was our opportunity to get in and get some photos and report back. It’s a great apartment renovated with the finest of materials. We know because Valencia Property managed the renovation project, so we know where the bodies are buried. Or how the tiles are laid in this case. Definitely no bodies buried in the walls here. No way. None.
Three large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large open kitchen living area, and enough windows to make a former Kremlin favourite very nervous, this is a beautiful place. Despite being right in the middle of the Russafa streetlife, the apartment is completely soundproofed. In fact just like a Rostov military commander, a column of tanks and armoured personnel carriers could pass by and you wouldn’t notice.
An outstanding apartment, you will have to make do with our photos and virtual tour until September. Unless someone has the cojones to pay down a reserve and snag it before then of course. Yevgeny lost his nerve when he had the biggest prize in his sights, and now he will spend his remaining few days looking over his shoulder, filled with regret and waiting for his polonium tea to be served. Is that the life you see for yourself? Get in touch now while you still have a chance
