Slap bang in the heart of Valencia and a decent sized apartment here on Santa Anna Wall Street, betwixt and between the Cathedral, Torres Serranos and Turia Gardens, the location can’t be beaten really and i know some of you don’t mind tackling a project but a lot balk at the kind of apartment that screams FULL RENOVATION, fortunately thats not the case here, i would suggest a new kitchen, two new bathrooms and thats about it, no biggie IMO.

A good sized apartment in a great location with views to the pretty pedestrian street to the front and overlooking a quiet garden to the rear, once The Palace of the Borgias in the 1500s and centuries of power and excess it is currently home to the Valencian Council, now you can witness at first hand the corruption, skulduggery, Franky Foursuits and only the finest and fattest Manila envelopes.
