This is a fantastic city centre apartment, a few metres from the Central Market and La Lonja, in one of the most ancient parts of Valencia City. Its on a street named after one of the Moorish Governors of Valencia, Zeit Abu Zeit. In the future this will no doubt be renamed Slightly Sallow-skinned Lad Of North African Origin Zeit, but for now it is still called Moro Zeit Street.

In fact Valencians have a let's say complicated relationship with their Moorish past. Reminiscent of a scene from The Life of Brian,

'Well, you mean apart from bringing advanced irrigation, navigation, the modern number system and mathematics, paper and almonds, oranges, lemons, peaches, apricots, figs, sugar cane, dates, ginger and pomegranate as well as saffron, cotton, silk and rice?'
'Yes, apart from all that, what did the bloody Moors ever do for us?'

Anyway, back to the apartment. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), south-east orientation, with balconies to fully enjoy the views over the old town and the Valencian sun. This is a large apartment in great condition, no need for renovation, and the building itself is in great condition having been recently renovated too.

Often living in the old historic centre means compromises with older buildings without lifts, small apartments, or dark streets with less sun. None of those compromises here, this is a super comfortable modern apartment surrounded by history.
