If you go onto any of the property portals available and draw a circle around the Russafa neighbourhood, you will get plenty hits but let’s play with the filters shall we?

As I’m writing this, a search on available properties in Russafa has come back with 225 properties available. Let’s narrow the search by adjusting the maximum price to max 220,000€. Ok, now we have 27 available. Let’s get rid of ground floor apartments, fixer-uppers, and anything smaller than a shoebox and we end with 9 properties. Let’s remove the repeat listings and the ones that aren’t in Russafa but rather Russafa-adjacent and we are left with the grand total of….1.

Located a stone’s throw from the central park and on one of the quieter Russafa streets, this recently renovated apartment is excellent investor material (In fact it would be perfect for our newly launched medium term rental project. Don’t let the fact that it’s an interior apartment put you off, bags of light here due to the fact there isn’t any buildings in front of your windows and the only thing you might need to think about is putting in an a/c split (fear not Americans, a/c installation over here is very affordable).
