Current listings for Aticos in Valencia include a 35M2, one bedroom witches broom cupboard for over 200k and no end of Frankenstein style add ons to concierges top floor lodgings, these are mostly undeclared builds, impossible to finance and will make you want to cower under the stairs and close your eyes until they go away.

Increasing the budget up to Golden Visa standard obviously brings better results but some shockers still remain…..
