It is located 40km from Castellon city, and just 30 minutes from the beach - in fact you have a choice of amazing beaches within 30-40 minutes, including Benicassim, Oropesa and Alcossebre. And best of all, Castellon international airport is just 15 minutes away. Ok, its not Heathrow T2, but it does have 5 flights a week to London for example.

The house is a perfect combination of comfortable and sustainable. Modern solar panels, a central heating system and a rainwater collection system for both household and irrigation use.

It comes almost as seen, including that Smeg fridge you've probably noticed! This would be a ready-to-go rural retreat. Perfect for year round living, or for use as a yoga retreat/workshop for example. Also there is great potential to further develop the house and outbuildings.
