A second video podcast this time not about a house for sale in Spain but one that is definitely not for sale, at least I couldn't find a for sale sign.

Bit of a different blog entry today. I thought I would do a carcast video about mortgages in Spain. If you are going to be buying a house for sale in Spain then you need to have some finance in place usually.

To recoup that 200000 Pounds the sale price could now be around 210-220000 Euros.

This country house for sale in Spain is actually two houses, a three bedroomed place and a four bedroomed place. Set 6km outside Pedralba in the Valencia region there are two houses, totally legal, set on a plot of almost 12000m2. The price has been reduced drastically to allow for a quick sale.

An example of this is that I have meetings set up next week and viewings with clients of flats in Valencia. Valencia is currently in the Fallas fiestas, and this post will have some photos added later of the Fallas models in Valencia, and half of the roads in the centre are closed off and the other half virtually impassible.

Fallas in Valencia is coming up so I am expecting the usual traffic problems in the centre as all of the roads get cut off in order to allow partying, drinking, banger throwing and huge quantities of fireworks to be thrown around willy-nilly.

The Costa del Sol is currently feeling a chill wind even though temperatures are warming up nicely as spring approaches. The chill wind of recession has left lots of builders going out of business and lots of houses for sale in Spain are on sale at unbelievably low prices.
