The response was amazing and we have talked a lot of people through what we think happens next in the market, whether their ideal property might be available at a suitable price, we drilled down into what they are looking for a set up plans for them to follow until they can come over and visit us.

Our Whatsapp alerts for our clients during the Covid19 lockdown have been highly welcomed. We have now set up a group for anyone wanting to receive immediate updates from us about price drops, videos we produce with information, blog posts and new properties on the site. Favourite Properties on the Valencia Property Website

It’s good to see so many of you using the Favourite property icon on our website (The little heart underneath the main picture) Remember that you can have your own curated list and put comments and marks out of ten by doing this. We have a favourites tab at the top right of the menu which allows you to see which properties you have added. This is a great way of remembering and tracking your favourites over time and sharing them with your friends and family. The first time you want to favourite a property just login in and your own personalised list will be created.

Our Latest Valencia Property Videos

We have placed more videos onto our YouTube channel and once lockdown is over we will be incorporating 360º tours into the site too. We just have to play around a bit first with the cameras and get them into a workflow. Look forward to being able to explore apartments and houses more fully from June or July and we will also be individually blogging properties at that point using virtual tours.
