I placed two properties on the Valencia Property site yesterday. These house are chalk and cheese in terms of houses for sale in Spain. An old favourite now reduced in price considerably in Alginet, a mansion of 8 bedrooms with an imposing frontage and views to die for compared with a townhouse for sale in Oliva at a quarter of the price.

Today, Sunday, it was sunny so we decided to get ourselves down to the beach rather than just sit around and play Plants and Zombies on the iPad

"Those who make plans are just setting themselves up for failure" Anon I don't agree. The plans for the company for next year involve selling a lot of great value houses to our clients and helping people settle in to them in the best possible way.

Some of them will be deployed in the next few weeks and months and others unfortunately wouldn't be too easy to do.

Yesterday I was bored for about the first time in four years. I have been annoyed, frustrated, ecstatic, worried, hurt, delighted and a whole host of other emotions in that time but one thing I haven't been is bored. Last night I was bored.

For the longest time now I have been wanting to change the look of the Valencia Property website and hadn't got round to it for various reasons, cost, time, motivation, work you know? the normal excuses. Well since the summer I have been working with Steve Williams on a new look for the site and it is going to be presented next Wednesday hopefully for the start of December. It looks like this below.

Some time ago I wrote about why perceptions of the Spanish property market as being in trouble uniformally were totally wrong. I contested that this viewpoint failed to take into account the issues around location and demand. I continue to hold this view and now it is being demonstrated more prevalent among other commentators on the Spanish property market.

I have always done more than most agents when settling clients in and helping them with various aspects of their move to Valencia. Recently though I am getting more requests for the Full Monty of services, ie will you help us move and be our relocation agent. Lots of these requests are coming from the United States and so I am beginning to service them.

I guess I shouldn't be celebrating of course as without clients it is difficult to make sales but this week is no looking too busy for a change. Therefore if you are thinking of coming to see some property in Valencia I can fit you in most days this week.
