So yesterday I started the process of making 100 videos for you with each one having a tip or something you should be thinking about when coming over to Spain to live and buy property.

About seven years ago we sold a property to a client for around 200k Euros. The property has 8000m2 of land and has two houses and is situated near to Lliria. Last week I noticed it was for sale through another agent at 199k. I got in touch and found that it had been reduced from 260k recently and was considered to be a great bargain now as it lies just twenty minutes from Valencia and relatively near to town

Today is the day when Spain becomes one nation at least for 90 or 120 minutes. The Spanish football team is half Catalan and thanks to Xabi Alonso a little bit Basque (and a little bit scouse). This is the day when all but the most hardened nationalists in the Basque Country and Catalonia will actually be following "La Roja" and willing them to win.

And this is what we are visiting today. Houses between 145000 and 199000 Euros in the area to the South West and North West of Valencia. The towns of Benaguasil, Pedralba and Picassent where we have Spanish villas for sale are featured and we are going to see a couple of other towns too.

I was out today showing clients around a selection of houses that will suit anyone wanting to set up either a rental business or a place for putting on conferences, retreats or anything of that sort. Sometimes you get an opportunity to buy something that is just a bit different. Something that is a bit out of the ordinary and could work very well for you as a home and also a business. It is the little village of Gatova 11km up the road from Olocau in the mountains of the Sierra Calderona National Park

Spanish Property for sale comes in many different forms and types. Some people prefer first line of the beach so they never get to e anything inland at all, some prefer the vibrant city and the flats in Valencia and other big cities where something is always happening and some prefer the dramatic natural beauty of the mountains where because of the peculiar nature of Spanish geography.

They are all within half an hour of the airport or Valencia though so have really good access into the city.

There is an expectancy in Spain which is unusual. People are forgetting the economic crisis in the hope of spending a month waiting for the glory that is a World Cup win for "La Furia". Normally when Spain go into a World Cup there is more of a foreboding, a knowingness that everything will go wrong in the quarter finals however well or badly they play. This time everyone expects it to be different.

Spring was a passing fancy and we went straight into summer in Valencia and that means weekend barbecues, garden parties and especially kids' parties by the pool.

Some clients came over a couple of weeks ago and they have bought a property in Spain that is perfect for them and should suit their purposes down to a T.
