A second video podcast, a little tongue in cheek though, this time not about a house for sale in Spain but one that is definitely not for sale, at least I couldn't find a for sale sign. It is amazing what a lot of neglect and a little mindless vandalism can do to a place.
So would you take on a project of this magnitude if you had the chance? Or are you more attuned to buying something that is a key ready property in Spain.
