Variety in Valencia Property and Houses For Sale in Spain

It has been a very busy week so far as I have started work again after my better half returned from the UK. I have been looking at properties and taking photos and tomorrow and Saturday I continue to do this with a few attic flats in Valencia to view for a client who is visiting next week. They have the Holy Grail of Valencia life the outside private terrace. Check out the site at the weekend for more details. So far this week the variety of properties that I have seen has been good and the value for money has been excellent. I looked at a duplex flat in La Pobla at 190k Euros which is very nicely set up with garage and storeroom included in the price. Picture below of the kitchen but apart from this the lounge is huge, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and the price includes a garage and storeroom.

I also picked up a price drop near the beach in Valencia which is now 155k Euros for a three bedroomed flat which is very nicely put together. Very suitable for a small family or a couple wanting to live a good lifestyle in a quiet area and to be not far away from the lovely Mediterranean Sea.

The next one, and now for something completely different, is a Masia, or Old Country House near the airport and Valencia for 595000 Euros. Not yet up on the site but it will be by tomorrow this is really great value for somebody who wants a property with style, class and space. 500m2 plus of house on a 2500m2 plot right near to the new metro line to the airport and Valencia.
