Using Social Media as an Estate Agent

Here is just a quick podcast to talk about how to use social media to its best effect. This is a simple usage of You Tube in order to help a client understand more and make the decision to purchase a property. It saved them a 500 Euro plane fare to check out an issue that they might have had with a property.The property was a great location but as you can hear explained in the MP3 it was in the Carmen in Valencia, an area for going out especially at weekends. The buyers had an idea to come out and check out noise levels. They were saved a 500 Euro flight at such short notice by the use of video. Listen and watch.
