Houses For Sale in Spain - Costa Blanca and Murcia

For the second in our series of other places in Spain to buy property apart from Valencia, which I cover of course, we take you to Almeria, Murcia and South of Alicante. This area is known more as Expatshire by many due to the high number of foreign residents but there are still areas where you can find excellent value properties in high quality locations overlooking golf courses and near the coast. Also many people want to be surrounded by things they know when moving a Spain so if you fancy the local Irish bar, satellite TV showing the Premier League and Sky Sports and all of your home comforts to hand it might well suit you.

Today we have chosen three properties from Masa International. They have a few provisos on these properties. The properties are discounted from original prices by at least 25%. They are from bank repossessions or motivated sellers and finance is available.
