I thought it time to upload a video into YouTube in Spanish. It shouldn't just be those who speak English who can get good deals on property sales in Spain of course. The market of Brits selling their properties at great prices due to the weakness of the pound is useful for the local market too.
So anyway have a practice and listen to some Spanish, and yes I know there are some subjunctives that are wrong and after 20 years I shouldn't be making those mistakes but hey, I don't particularly care.
