Does that sound like a deal that may interest you? I have access to all of the properties available from one of the banks here in Valencia and that is the deal. The prices are set and the bank will finance up to 90% both to residents and non residents as long as the client appears to be a good one. You have to find 10% deposit and the costs only. Then you do not pay any mortgage at all for three years. Does it seem to good to be true?
Why is this advantageous?
For The Bank:
They get rid of the properties off their books before they turn into liabilities
For The Buyer:
You get an investment flat at low cost to either live in or rent out for three years. Some of these properties are on the coast and can be rented out for very high prices in the summer and others can get a steady stream of income throughout the year by renting out to families, teachers etc... Obviously anything you earn is pure profit for the first three years.
For The Agent: Not to put too fine a point on it. An easy commission for me compared with new builds, negotiation on prices etc...
