Yet again we have had a ridiculously busy week in Valencia. Therefore I think it is time to let you know which houses for sale in Spain have been put up onto the Valencia Property site this week, which properties have been visited and which properties are no longer available because they have been sold.
Firstly, we have placed a few properties onto the site.
This stunning attic flat in Valencia is new. If you are looking for a high quality flat in the city then you might well be attracted to this attic with lots of outside space.
The suburban capital of Valencia is probably La Eliana. This lovely house in La Eliana is sure to attract interested Valencians to view. If you are wanting to live with all facilities walking distance just 15 minutes away from Valencia then this one may well be the one.
At the lower end of the market we have this nicely put together house for sale in Lliria. Four bedrooms and a small manageable plot make this house a good purchase but bear in mind that the shocking roads on the estate are soon to be urbanised and there will be a cost of some 12000 Euros.
Finally for today I was really happy to get this well positioned house for sale in Montserrat. This four bedroom house with lovely gardens comes in well under 200000 Euros and might well be available for just 150-160k
We have visited this apartment for sale in Valencia. It is an unbelievably low price now and should be snapped up soon. This picture was taken by a client recently from outside and is better than anything I could ever do.
We have also been to see this beautiful property for sale in Serra and others in the area. The same client went to see this property in Alginet with stunning views.
And what is no longer available? Well Montserrat and Montroy have been the lucky places in the last couple of weeks. This house for sale in Montroy is now reserved as is this house for sale in Montserrat.
So a quick round up. Now if the banks would just play along a bit with some lending and stop making ridiculous decisions on valuations, more of that in my next post, we can step this up even more.
