Three Minutes From Valencia Beach For 70K!!!

Sometimes a property gets offered to be placed onto the books at Valencia Property and I seriously cannot believe the price, either one way or the other i.e, too high or so low! I have one on the site now (Among many other excellent places) which is a beach apartment for sale in Valencia just a two or three minutes walk from the beach for just 70k Euros.

Let's get the bad out of the way, 1) It's fourth floor without a lift but the stairs aren't too onerous. 2) The pictures look like something out of a cheesy 70's porn film. (I didn't take them) Now the good bits. 1) You can rent this out for 400 Euros per week in the summer easily. 2) You can probably get 200-250 per week in the off season or you could easily rent it out for 350-400 Euros per month in the winter months. 3) You could use it yourself and have a great place right near a Mediterranean beach and sports centre and on loads of bus routes. 4) It comes totally modernised a couple of years ago and ready to move into. 5) Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large living room. So obviously the positives outweigh the negatives quite easily. It is unusual to find a good and well looked after property in a decent community at this price in Valencia. And for all of you that have asked about the 52k flat in Valencia by the beach that you can find here (It is now sold) you should consider this one because after doing the modernisation on the other one you would finish up paying more than you would for this.
