It took Apple a long time to approve this time, it seems that they don’t rest on the eighth day though and finally Spanish Property Magazine issue 5 was approved and is now in the app store. This is the longest issue yet with an extra special on the Spanish Road Trip following on from this month’s issue.

This month we have specials and property in Alicante with a focus on Javea, Malaga with a focus both on the coast and inland and of course Valencia. Apart from this we also have some brilliant articles including a special by @DaveJBull on how Expat Kids in Spain, Belinda Beckett tells us all about the differences between Spain and the UK for Christmas, we find out how to fill out the NIE form in Spain, buying your residency for 160k, why do people move to Spain according to Twitter, Estate Agent Nightmares and how to avoid them, Lawyers and Their Responsibilities and the first part of a history of Spain from the mid 1970’s onwards by Nick Snelling.

Weighing in at over 100 pages this bumper issue has been very well received initially and downloads and subscriptions have been very impressive so far.
