Renting Central Valencia Apartments

One of the things that people are doing a lot more in Valencia now is coming to live here for extended periods and studying Spanish in one of the many schools set up just for that purpose. Many of them are taking medium term rentals in the city and all of them generally want a central Valencia apartment walking distance to the school they are studying at. We now have a number of apartments available for both medium and long term rentals that are extremely central and at very good prices of course. The properties are all within a five minute stroll to the Town Hall and offer excellent accommodation that is well appointed. The first one is by the Parque de Cultura and Valencia library and is a third floor flat without lift. It is a duplex, two floor flat, with one extremely large bedroom on the Mezzanine floor, another couch bed on the ground floor living room, plenty of storage space and a lovely old style kitchen. There is a good sized bathroom and it comes fully furnished and set up for anyone on a short, medium or long term rent. Prices range from 450 Euros per month for longer term tenants. The next one is in Calle Pelayo right near the station. It is a two bedroom place again fully furnished. Prices range from 300 Euros per week to 750 Euros per month for medium term rentals. Another in Calle Pelayo is here with three bedrooms, large open plan living room and kitchen, bathroom and storeroom above. It is fourth floor without a lift but offers a lot of flat for the money.
