If you fancy property near the beach there are plenty of examples where you can buy a place and with a little care and attention get an excellent rental return from teachers or students in the winter and holidaymakers in the summer. The Cabañal and Malvarrosa areas are gritty and full of character and they are loved and disliked in equal measure depending on your level of snobbery. This three bedroom, second floor property around 500 metres from the beach has good possibilities to develop or even just decorate and rent out. If you are a beach bum it might be one for you too.
