Surprisingly Valencia has cooled down in the week since I got back from a wet, grey, cloudy and rather depressing Brexit obsessed UK. It’s around 28 degrees every day rather than the 30+ degrees that was common in July. The Mediterranean is warm and welcoming, the beach bars are rather wonderful, the pavement cafes are full and life goes on despite the numbers of people away for the month.
At Valencia Property we have been viewing properties with clients and making offers on property which are being considered or accepted, doing some property development for our clients, planning modernisations for others, looking into a new business for us to progress and putting the finishing touches to a few sales that are going through at the start of September. We have also been bringing more properties into the site ready for the post summer rush. Want to take a look?
Firstly, take a look at this rather wonderful penthouse apartment in Burjassot. As the description says,
If what you want in your Valencia Property is space, light, sunshine, views, great communications, terraces, real Spain and more then this is your property. Set on the edge of the city in Burjassot Godella just a couple of hundred metres from the nearest metro station taking you into the city in just ten minutes this apartment is perfect.
This property which includes two garage spaces can be seen here on the Valencia Property site.
At the other end of the scale we have an excellent countryside bolthole, totally modernised at just 120k. There are three double bedrooms and it is just five minutes away from El Bosque golf course and twenty minutes from the airport. A great getaway. Again take a look at the gallery below and then click through to view the property in full here.
This week, we will be seeing new and exciting properties in Ruzafa and El Carmen in Valencia City and you will have the chance to become one of my neighbours in La Pobla de Vallbona as properties are going onto the site with great prices and excellent qualities. Maybe you are suffering a miserable summer where you are and are looking for a bit of that lovely Spanish sunshine and perhaps you don’t want the extreme temperatures being experienced inland in Andalucia and more. Valencia is the perfect place benefitting from a more temperate climate and less heat while offering the best of a big city not overrun by tourists like Barcelona certainly is these days.
