Just to let you know what people are looking at and purchasing recently. Our most popular properties are apartments in Valencia around the 200,000 Euros range. Areas that are attracting people are those such as Ruzafa, the beach areas of Cabanyal and Malvarrosa and La Zaidia. Outside of the city we have been looking at apartments overlooking the golf course at El Bosque, family villas in Naquera including this lovely family house with superb views all the way down to the coast for just 150,000 Euros.

We also have a lot of interest in this particularly attractive Masia near to Betera. It’s pretty stunning and needs a little TLC to restore it to its former glory but the bare bones are fantastic.
