Every Autumn we get an influx of Valencia Property for sale after the long, hot summer. There are two reasons for this; one, some people realise they haven’t used their summer house again and therefore put it up for sale and two, we go out and get more properties deliberately because we are running low on stock after the sales of the first half of the year. We have been putting up properties inside Valencia City and outside in the towns and villages over the weekend and we have got some doozies at prices ranging from first time buyer to “I just happen to have seven figures waiting to buy in Valencia“. Take a look at the latest listings to suit many budgets. Just click on the images to be taken to the page for the property. If it is no longer there then it has sold.
We start with one that is not new but is reduced in price to just 43k. A starter flat in La Luz in Valencia with four bedrooms just crying out for a decent modernisation.
You can also find really good value apartments in the towns around Valencia and this apartment for sale in Ribarroja offers excellent value at 79,000 Euros. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large glassed in terrace just a couple of minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of the town and five minutes from the Turia river.
Moving up a bit while remaining at a very competitive price we have this rather fetching Naquera house for a little more than 100k. Take a look at this four bedroom house with pool and car port along with a barbecue and gardens.
Back in the city we really like this apartment for sale in Patraix, about a fifteen minute walk from the centre. Two bedrooms and a negotiable price make it really good value and as it overlooks a park and is well positioned near to public transport it’s a great buy.
Everyone loves Ruzafa right? Well that’s true but if you are just a couple of hundred yards or so away from Ruzafa on Dr Waksman you get a lot more for your money. This four bedroomed apartment on Dr Waksman would be much more than the 149k the owners are asking for it if it were in Ruzafa.
As readers of this blog will already know we love Olocau and when we get a decent property in Olocau it often sells quickly as others love it too. This five bedroomed property in Olocau offers excellent value for money and a huge plot but please, paint it!
As a comparison for the same price we have this well presented house in Cheste that doesn’t need a paint. Three bedrooms, good sized pool, excellently maintained gardens and a lovely barbecue area make this a great place to live in.
And for something completely different take a look at this townhouse in the centre of Betera. Five bedrooms and outside space set overlooking nice gardens and with a huge 100m2 garage for cars, leisure and storage for under 190k.
Going back into the city of Valencia this fully modernised four bedroomed apartment that is just a few minutes walk into the centre yet away from the noise of many streets in Valencia covers a lot of bases for people wanting property in the Valencia city.
Down in Javea we have this excellently positioned and presented 4 bedroom villa. With Mediterranean gardens and plenty of space on the plot for a pool if required this property is walking distance to many facilities and is an excellent price for the area at 295k.
Back in Valencia and in the old town, this excellent large fourth floor apartment near to the Torres Quart offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a huge open plan living room and kitchen and is well situated for the Botanical Gardens and the Old Town.
We move out of the city again to the next property in Ribarroja and we get what is essentially a Ribarroja mansion on one floor. Again four bedrooms, all doubles of course, four bathrooms, a covered pool when required, lovely gardens and plenty of off road parking in this beautiful house in Monte Alcedo.
And finally for now we take a little jump in price to the seven figures quoted earlier. Just two properties to show that we think are great lookers as we don’t want too much salivating over your keyboard. This beachside property in Valencia is 1.3 million Euros and has its own swimming pool if the Mediterranean isn’t big enough for you. The only issue here is access because it rents out for 300 Euros per night pretty successfully and getting in is difficult therefore.
This rather spectacular modern villa in Betera has its own indoor pool and loads of light streaming in through the huge windows all over the house. It is set by the Escorpion golf course and is particularly fetching, but it should be at that price right!
Also if you go onto our site you will see that we have many more new properties there ready for you to visit. If what you want is in the city then take a look here. If you are not finding exactly what you want then remember we are property finders and can find you the best property for your requirements. We look forward to hearing from you.
