We are going to start just under the 300k threshold as an owner has just sent us some lovely new photos of his place in Serra and then we will move onto higher price ranges and show you what your money can buy for you both inside and outside the city.
Under 300k in Serra

We like this house.
Puzol isn’t our favourite town in the area of Valencia but we cannot deny that the estates of Monasterios and Alfinach are excellently presented with high quality property throughout. This particular property built in 2007 was designed to be a minimalist joy.
There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, large living room and huge kitchen all set around a luminous interior patio and terrace areas.
The plot is 1099m2 with a small football pitch, round pool, barbecue area and gardens. There is also a large garage and storage area.

Featured on “A Place in the Sun”, this 1.5m Euro villa in La Cañada is wonderful.
