As you may well know we recently celebrated 25 years of Valencia Property with an event at the Líndala restaurant and hotel in the Cabanyal. We are still awaiting more photos and videos but today we thought it time to take a look with you at our first video of interviews with our clients and show off a few photos.

Then we will talk you through our new Valencia Property Community and finally today a quick look at a new property for sale on the website and related reading below.
Photos
Around 100 of our previous clients joined us for a celebration of 25 years of Valencia Property. The thing is nobody took photos as everyone was so busy chatting and drinking. Our videographers were very busy interviewing people too so we have a limited number of photos. Take a look.

The Valencia Property Community
This was the first step of our new community focus. We have said for a long time that we continue to support our clients after their purchase and now we have started our Community Facebook page which people who have bought from us are invited to join and get to know other people like them, for us to keep them up to date with what is going on in the city and to ask us questions which not only us but the community might be able to answer. No link of course as you'll need an invite, and to buy a property.

You can't join until your purchase but you will be invited to join after into a welcoming place without the keyboard warriors so often found on social media sites these days (Except me of course).
Property of the Week

Superbly Situated in Serra
Valencia is flat of course, that is until you get out of the city to the north west and find yourself in the nearby Sierra Calderona mountains. This green lung allows you to breathe in the clean air purified every day by the sea breezes that mean that there is a difference in temperature and climate in Serra all year round compared with the coastal strip. Summer nights are cooler meaning you can sleep well up here and you'll enjoy the duvet in the winter nights along with the log burning fire.
This house of around 149m2 has three bedrooms, a bathroom, large living and dining room opening out into a kitchen and a garage plus storage rooms on a managable plot of 591m2. There's a small dip pool, decent terraced gardens and plenty of space to close your eyes, open your mind and relax. It's set just 1.5km from the town of Serra itself and you are into the city of Valencia in 40 minutes usually.
If what you are looking for is peace and quiet, excellent views from the large terrace overlooking the mountains, greenery and a lifestyle far removed from the madding crowd but with easy access into the local town and the nearby big city feel of Valencia and most of all you want something with a decent price, then Serra, and particularly this villa, may suit you well.
