September has started hot both in terms of the weather and the numbers of clients completing on Valencia Property they have bought and also starting their journey towards getting their own place here in Valencia. Over the last two weeks there has been a major uptick in terms of the numbers of people making their initial contact with us here at Valencia Property and enquiries for properties listed on our homepage. This might be correlated to our new publications which we are putting out on a regular basis (It may be partly because we are back off holiday too or maybe even because we fixed our forms on the website!!) On today's blog post we are looking at our new publications, our previous ones and how you can follow along as we increase those publications to satisfy your demand for reliable information.

Our New Publications
Over the summer we produced two new guides, "The 2025-26 Full Guide to Buying Valencia Property", and the "Valencia Relocation Checklist - A Step by Step Guide to Moving to Valencia". The former you can sign up to our mailing list to get the full publication and the latter you can download in full at the links.
Within the "2025-26 Full Guide to Buying Valencia Property" you have links to full articles about the issues we talk about in the guide and in the "Valencia Relocation Checklist" we take you through the steps you need to take to make your chances of a successful move to Valencia much higher.
However we are not stopping there. We have now produced a series of PDF summaries of our long form articles for those of you with little time to read. We have linked to some of our article summaries here and soon we will have another page in our publications with the embedded PDFs as and when we produce them. For now you have the examples below of the first page of each PDF (Don't worry they are only two pages long) By clicking on the images below you will be taken to the full PDFs from where you will be able to save them for future reference or you can click on the link at the bottom of each summary to be taken to the full article where you will find out everything about each subject talked about in the summary.

Why Are We Producing These Summaries?
For the longest time Google has prioritised long form writing in its results and because we are the most authoratative website for anything to do with property in Valencia this serves us well.
Then AI arrived.
And with it arrived Ai slop and Ai Overview. Ai slop mostly affects video sites like Youtube, Instagram and TikTok. It is just awful stuff with clickbait headlines to attract clicks without providing any benefit. Luckily that doesn't really affect us on the blog because we are text based. Ai overview does affect us and it also affects every result you see when you do a search on Google especially when you use Google Chrome and over 60% of web searches are done on Chrome with Safari on Apple being a distant second at 19%.
Google Chrome now provides you with an AI overview before you see any links (Though it often uses useful and no so useful links within the overview) and as a result of this the top sites now have fewer clicks through to them. The search experience is now a lot better on other platforms than Chrome because of the Ai generated rubbish at the top.
However, we need to be there so one of the best ways to do that is shorter format summaries which Ai results like. They don't tend to like long form detailed information posts like we do here at Valencia Property. They prefer lists, bullet points and summaries that they can simply reproduce or mention and then link to. Perplexity.ai and Claude.ai can provide excellent summaries with backlinks but if you are not featured there you become essentially invisible.
However, Ai does allow us to produce content like the following graphic because I'm not a coder and stuff like this is beyond me.
How This Affects What Valencia Property Does For You
Keep calm and carry on. We are not going to stop providing the depth of information we currently do on a weekly basis. What we are going to do is increase the ways you can consume it. There will be a PDF summary version of each article. We may upload the articles in video form too for those of you who prefer watching to reading, we'll be looking into the time it takes to produce good video content while studying the benefits. We will also start posting individual articles as shorter form Podcasts over on our Valencia Property podcast feed. We will continue to have our monthly twenty minute podcasts but shorter form Podcasts where we go through the articles with other thoughts that come into our heads while doing it will definitely appear. In fact you can hear the latest one at this link.
Property of the Week

This November will be the 50th anniversary of the death of Franco, the moment which marked the start of ‘La Transicion’. This was the term given to the political change from dictatorship to democracy. US readers, please take note, this is the correct order. FROM dictatorship TO democracy. Going backwards instead of forwards doesn’t end well.
However, transitional in-house design refers to when you keep the best traditional bits, and include great modern features too. Like this house in Colinas de San Antonio, which has a classic façade and beautiful pool and gardens, lots of kerb-appeal , but the interior has been completely renovated and modernised. It is located on the edge of the urbanisation, and directly across the road is the start of the La Vallesa parkland area, which forms part of the huge Turia Natural Park. Easy access to the CV35 to the city, and a very short stroll (10 minutes) to a couple of large supermarkets. Even the metro is close, if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk.
The property has a mature garden, with a large saltwater pool, a paellero and a kennel. The terrace leads directly from the kitchen, so it becomes an extension of the living area. The plot isn’t so large as to demand a huge amount of maintenance, but it is well designed, and in one corner is a reading nook, with a bench under an olive tree.
The ground floor has an open living and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite). Similarly, upstairs has another 2 bedrooms and another 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite). The basement/garage area has been renovated too and is partially being used as a home music studio at the moment, so would be ideal for a home office, podcast studio, influencer hub.
The house has been completely renovated in the last 2 years. Solar panels with batteries installed, central heating system changed (now gas) and AC in the whole house, including the basement, along with backup water heating system, new pool equipment, and smart home installations throughout.
A great house when you take into account all the top-quality renovation work that has been done in the last couple of years, a bit of a bargain to be honest. If you see yourself moving in the right direction and your situation only improving, (FROM the US to VALENCIA perhaps?) this house could be a big part of that, call us. You can check out all of the photos and contact us here.
Stepping Stone Rental of the Week

Take care of your TIE, NIE, VISA, property swap, Home search & purchase, New life transition starting from this ideal location. Just off the beaten path... High wood beam ceilings, chilled balcony overlooking a prosperous and abundant lemon tree, massively historic tree (bicentennial) covered park in front aka "The Temple" park.
This quaint 2 bedroom apartment is tucked in-between the beach neighborhood and the city center. It's right next to bike lanes, metro, and buses that will take you one way or the other. It's quiet being located within a large park square. AC only in the living room and WIFI squared away. Ideal for a couple or a family with a young child. The main bedroom has it's own balcony looking onto the park.
It's a bit reminiscent of staying in a casa rural our in the countryside but with the perks of being in the city. The style is old fashioned but everything is in great condition.
Take a Look At More of Our Stuff
It's always worth taking a look at what we produce contentwise both here and elsewhere. Just click on the images below to find out more from our Podcast, the blog, our socials and our substack. First take a look at our philosophy over on that substack

Honeycombs, snowflakes, benzene and certain types of minerals are among the most well-known examples of hexagonal structures in nature. So I’m wondering which one was the inspiration for the design of this villa in L’Eliana. A large house of nearly 400m2 buff.ly/rxAbN01
