Today we have a guest post from Morten who writes for Javea Amigos. He has published this on Expat Forum but he said that we could use it as I thought that my readers might like it a lot. I did. It gets you thinking about different attitudes to life. I have also aded a photo here taken at my daughter's concert last week. I have just spent a couple of days updating the website with new properties for sale in Valencia, not new build just new for the site. The reason was simple even if you don't believe it, so many properties have been sold recently that the Valencia Property site was looking a little bare.

One of the standard and enduring images of Spain is the little white house in Andalucia with views over the rooftops. It is a pleasant image and one that has attracted hundreds and thousands of people to Spain. There are other options rather than Andalucia though as evidenced by this property in Olocau. Simply put a lot of house for your money and great views over the rooftops.

There are actually 299 videos currently on the Valencia Property YouTube Channel. I am looking for some suggestions for what to do with number 300 because it represents a bit of a milestone. What I thought I would do today here is embed a few to show what type of videos go up there and if you like you can then get over to the Valencia Property YouTube channel and subscribe to the feed so you see them as soon as they come out.

I have been told the usual complaint about other estate agents many, many times, "but estate agents don't actually listen". Now I pride myself on listening to what clients want rather than taking them to what I want to sell them so when I saw this video this morning I thought it summed up the difference between my estate agency and many others very well.
