There are actually 299 videos currently on the Valencia Property YouTube Channel. I am looking for some suggestions for what to do with number 300 because it represents a bit of a milestone. What I thought I would do today here is embed a few to show what type of videos go up there and if you like you can then get over to the Valencia Property YouTube channel and subscribe to the feed so you see them as soon as they come out.

I have been told the usual complaint about other estate agents many, many times, "but estate agents don't actually listen". Now I pride myself on listening to what clients want rather than taking them to what I want to sell them so when I saw this video this morning I thought it summed up the difference between my estate agency and many others very well.

I was with a client yesterday looking for a flat in Valencia and I finally managed to contact the owner of a place that has been looking interesting right by the Central Market in Valencia. So what according to my Facebook friends and followers of Valencia property are the top tourist attractions in Valencia?

Today I realised that a property I had a lot of interest in last year was not appearing on the site. So I took some steps. I placed it on the Valencia Property site here. I then sent it out using Posterous to various places such as Twitter and Facebook Within twenty minutes I had two calls interested in the property, that's good. One person wanted to fly out next week and see it very excited.
