What is clickbank? Well it is a place where you can buy and more importantly sell, digital products, ebooks, audiobooks, video courses etc... If you are there then you might be interested to know a little thing which might make you some money or even save you some money.

Obviously there are lots of places to go snowboarding in Spain. The ski stations in Spain are high and currently absolutely replete with snow. You can go South to Granada and the Sierra Nevada, head inland from Valencia to teruel, check out the Picos de Europa or go to the more obvious Pyrenees along the boarder with France. However this post has nothing to do with skiing, snowboarding or anything else done on the white stuff, not even making snowmen.

I was listening to one of the interviews in our audiobooks whilst driving in my car yesterday and was struck by a commentary made by Nick Snelling. Are you coming to Spain to upgrade your lifestyle or upgrade your house? What is your reason for coming to Spain?

Last year I wrote a post about the worst companies in Spain. It was quite popular and struck a chord.

For many years now we have been telling clients coming to Valencia to live that one of the best places to buy a flat is the Cabañal. It is undervalued, well communicated and near the beach. There was one element of doubt over buying in the Cabañal though.

As it is the end of the year I thought it time to give you an overview of the Spanish Property Market for 2009 and a quick look at the potential for the market in 2010. This video carcast was taken with my new Xmas present the Kodak Zi8 videocamera. Any comments welcome.

When buying a property one of the things you often consider first is the communications aspect, telephone, internet, metro and bus. Valencia’s metro system is extensive and growing. Next year it will reach Ribarroja and Villamarchante which should increase more their desirability as they will become commuter belt towns which currently they only are for people who like braving the early morning traffic into the city.

Today I took some clients to see a castle from close quarters. The house next door. They were assured that the castle has good foundations because it overlooks the house they were going to see in a looming way. Anyway, the house they went to see, along with two others you can see linked at the bottom of this post is rather excellently presented.

One of the things we are always looking at here is to give you more options when you come to live in Spain. The days when you could just turn up in Spain and walk into a job anywhere are over to a certain degree. Mike Cliffe Jones has been blogging for a career for a year now and teaching others to do the same. He has just brought out a roadmap for you to do it too. Have a read of his article about it here.

If you are looking for a bargain Spanish property and you make a visit should you ever believe the agent when he or she tells you to put a deposit down quickly because it might not be available tomorrow morning? If you believe all the negative hype about Spain and Spanish property at the moment of course you would be stupid to reserve a property that you are not 100% sure about. However, what about 90% sure?

The Spanish property market is starting to recover well after the last two years of constant falling prices and lack of bank lending. Now the banks are loosening up lending for those who have some money to put down as a deposit and on their own repossessed stock they are looking to finance at 100% where possible.
