Spanish Property for sale comes in many different forms, areas and types. Some people prefer first line of the beach so they never get to see anything inland at all, some prefer the vibrant city and the flats in Valencia and other big cities where something is always happening and some prefer the dramatic natural beauty of the mountains where because of the peculiar nature of Spanish geography.
Spain is the second most mountainous country in Europe after Switzerland and there are mountains within striking distance of the coast in most of the country ranging from the dramatic Picos de Europe in the North to the Sierra Nevada in Andalucia and obviously the volcanic islands of the Canary Isles. Valencia's version starts with the Sierra Calderona National Park. It is north west of Valencia and separates Gilet, Torres Torres and Segorbe to the north from Olocau, Naquera, and Serra to the South. (These are more or less directions for those of you thinking my geography is wrong here)
