Spring has arrived in Valencia after what was not really a long gruelling winter, we are spoilt here by the climate to tell the truth. Spring arrived with overnight rain and 24 hours of the wet stuff is about as much as we have had in the past two months. However we can now look forward to the warmer weather and getting rid of the hoodies and coats and replacing them with T Shirts, shorts and sandals (Without socks of course)

Valencia City Hot Properties

We love this apartment in Patraix in Valencia. Surrounded by open spaces, facilities, shops, local cafes and restaurants, this superb four bedroomed apartment is offered at a very sensible price. You would pay 100k more for this in certain areas of the city which are the same distance away from the city centre. Large living room, good sized kitchen, two bathrooms and even a decent sized terrace overlooking a school and open space due to be a park eventually (When, we don’t know!)

A large beautifully presented penthouse apartment in Valencia set two streets back from the Turia riverbed park opposite Campanar. The pool is a joke, covered but just 4m2, it would be better to cover it and put another larger one in and as it is urban land that isn’t an issue.
