We have to distinguish the beach area of Valencia from the city centre itself. For our purposes we are calling the beach area not only the Cabanyal and Malvarrosa but also Nazaret near the Port, El Grau near the Marina, Alboraya beach, the Patacona, and Port Saplaya, also belonging to Alboraya.
Valencia beach is a 4km long wide expanse of sand fronted by a palm fringed Promenade that you can walk from one end to the other, starting by the Marina in the Cabanyal and finishing at the end of the Patacona in Alboraya, without leaving the beach area. There are plenty of areas set aside for water sports, beach games such as football and volleyball and in the summer beach bars are set up so that clients can enjoy snacks and drinks without leaving the beach. Valencia beach never gets full as it is huge and the quality of the water is excellent for a city beach.
Valencia Beach Property for sale has a wide range of property, from old style townhouses with tiled frontages in the Cabanyal, to affordable apartments in Malvarrosa to new build apartments in Alboraya with common areas such as pools, gyms and tennis courts.
Relationships can be hard. One minute you think everything is rosy and the next you´re having to sell your beachfront property because it´s in both your names. Well as Francis Bacon once said "The misery of one man is the fortune of another", and at Valencia Property as we say "Viva el divorcio!"...Read More
Beside the Seaside Apartment
Oh! I do like to be beside the seaside! I do like to be beside the sea! I do like to stroll along the Prom, Prom, Prom! Where the brass bands play, “Tiddely-om-pom-pom!” Indeed, but if you know Valencia, you'll know that the city is not built on the beach, and so beachside properties are hard to come by. So its often worth moving a few kms north or in this case south to find decent properties which beach views...Read More

Masia by Puig Beach
This is a Masia, a country house outside the town of Puig. 15 minutes from Valencia city and just a kilometre from the beach. Its a big property with a long description. The garden is 2000m2 plot, the house 1,121 m2. The garden includes a fountain and an orchard...Read More
